Order Processing Time

 

Once you place an order, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1–3 business days. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in our operational regions. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Timeframes

 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

 

- Domestic/Regional Shipping: 3–7 business days

- International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Undeliverable Packages

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal to pay customs duties/taxes, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you request a refund instead of re-delivery, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
